The Smart Shell ships as flat panels and bolts together on site, like a kit of parts. You get the speed of prefab without the freight penalty and layout limits of volumetric modules.

Delivered flat, lifted in
Each 5 m × 2 m panel ships flat and is craned straight onto the foundation, every trade already integrated.

Stood up and braced
Panels seat on the anchor bolts and brace with steel shoring, aligned to ±1/8".

Capped and closed
Roof panels drop on and the bay closes. A weathertight shell in days, not months.
Flat-pack vs. volumetric modules
Every trade, pre-assembled into one repeatable panel.
Standard panels are 5 m × 2 m, with 7 m × 2 m and 8 m × 2 m available. Each carries structure, insulation, fire-rated sheathing, services, and cladding. Closed-wall and finish-ready, straight off the truck.
